Meeting Schedule

All residents are invited to each meeting. Meetings will be held in the Ramada at the common area on the North West corner of Andre and Tucana, weather permitting. If weather is not nice, an alternate location will be announced at that time. Seating is limited in the Ramada area, you may want to bring a chair and if it is cold, a blanket.

NOTE: Meetings may be rescheduled into the Library at NW corner of Riggs and Val Vista Roads. Check with Management Company to confirm.

If you desire to be placed on the Board’s agenda, please call the Property Manager at 480-345-0046, at Lepin and Renehan Management, Inc., fifteen (15) calendar days (10 working days) prior to the meeting to include your issue on the agenda.
